Proposed Technical Advisor : Mr Makoji Aduku ex Snr. Geol. Mgr
ConocoPhillips, holds a BSc and a MSc and has worked with ConocoPhillips as a Director, Government Relations. He has unrivalled knowledge of the geology of the Niger Delta & the Anambra Basin.


Mr Raj Rajeswaran is a nominated advisor and future Reservoir and Production Manager. He has a PhD in Chemical Engineering and a MBA both from Herriot Watt University, is a Chartered Engineer and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Engineers, the Institute of Chemical Engineers and the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He is currently, inter alias, an advisor to the Bank of Scotland and has a career in petroleum engineering, production, reservoir and process engineering and management spanning over 40 years. He was Head (Professor) of the School of Petroleum Engineering at Curtin University for a number of years and has worked for Mobil, Ampolex, ARCO, Delhi, BNOC/Britoil and ICI.


Mr Benedict (“Femi”) Alamiyo is a nominated advisor and future Sub-Surface specialist manager. He has a degree in petroleum geology and is completing a Masters Degree of Petroleum Geology at Curtin University, Western Australia. He is a highly experienced production and development geologist with over 20 years international experience in Nigeria, Malaysia and Australia, mostly with Shell. He is an accredited specialist in the application and management of innovative field development technology such as EOR including horizontal drilling applications.


Mr Stephen Fiske : Proposed Snr. Drilling Superintendent
Stephen has over 30 years of experience in drilling operations; 15 years of African experience with 6 years as a resident drilling superintendent with Agip-Nigeria and 6 years as senior drilling manager consultant to the Benin Government. He has a comprehensive understanding of conventional, unconventional, ERD, Horizontal, HP/HT, & other advanced drilling challenges in onshore desert/jungle/swamp and offshore regimes. His knowledge of challenging environments reduces costs through strategic, logistical planning and management initiatives and harmonious integration of indigenous and expatriate employees. Previous experience in liaison and relationship management with the Nigerian DPR, NNPC, Maritime Dept., Attorney-General, Banks, Police, Education Departments, Local Authorities, Local Indigenous and Autonomous groups.


Mr. Allen Jason Maynard is a proposed Drilling Manager with 28 years of experience in the oil & gas industry. A drilling, workover & completions professional, he has a tight set of skills and expertise, which includes ensuring Corporate and Government policies are followed, safety and environmental activities are integrated with daily operations, purchasing and contractual management and negotiations are met, and continuous improvement is incorporated into daily and project activities. Key Skills and attributes include:

  • Well construction and completion planning & execution, engineering support, cost control.
  • Major intervention programmes to optimise production.
  • Effectively plan, manage, review and provide timely feedback to peers & contractors regarding performance and development.
  • Prioritise QHSE focus depending on systems requirements and set example at all times with safety and environmental issues.
  • Mr Maynard has worked at senior levels with among others, Talisman Energy, Shell, Petronas, Nabors Drilling, OMV, Tullow and Chevron in a diverse range of engineering regimes and localities including Uganda, Australia, Malaysia, PNG and Krygistan, onshore and offshore.


Mr. Lawrence Brown is a proposed consulting specialist in optimising the co-ordination of sub-surface and surface activities to ensure the optimisation of production and profit generation. He has a Bachelor of Science, Petroleum Engineering, University of Missouri USA and over 40 years of relevant petroleum upstream and production experience. He has worked in a variety of roles including senior petroleum, reservoir and production engineering positions with Chevron Texaco, TengizChevroOil, BHP-Mitsui JV, QGC, Senex, Icon Energy, Westside, Oilsearch and others in PNG, the Gulf of Mexico, California, Kazakhstan, the Cooper Basin, the Surat Basin and the Bowen Basin.
